For group travel it is advisable to check-in at least 2 hours before your flight, even for internal flights. We, both gaining time and adding to the smooth running of your programme, can arrange a “pre-check-in”. Be aware that some flights do not have allocated seats

Reconfirmation
According to IATA regulations you do not need to reconfirm your flight if the continuation of your trip is within 72 hours of arrival. It is, however, advisable to reconfirm nonetheless. For individual travelers this can be done by calling the appropriate airline reservation service. For group travel, we take care of this. Each flight must be reconfirmed after completing the previous flight. Reconfirmation of the whole trip upon arrival in Brazil is not possible.

Important: Should take another flight than the one previously reserved, you must by all means immediately reconfirm your following flights. Otherwise the computer will take your absence on the scheduled flight as a No-Show and automatically cancel the rest.
